Case law regarding ME/CFS and the ESA Support Group

Hi, does anyone have any links to case law that has resulted in a person with CFS/ME appealing against a WCA decision and being put in the support group as a result.

In particular, I wondered if there was any case law regarding Reg 35(2) of the ESA Regulations 2008 and CFS/ME.
